Sandra Young Harris has been practicing law in Southeast Arkansas for 29 years. She has represented clients from many different backgrounds. She has litigated cases before Arkansas and federal district and appellate courts including the Arkansas Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, Eighth Circuit Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Attorney Harris is running for Circuit Court Judge for Jefferson and Lincoln Counties because she will be fair and impartial in the administration of justice which is vital for healthy communities.
